This integrity policy describes your integrity rights and our responsibility to keep personal information safe.

Apix acts as registrar when collecting personal information about you as a representative of a customer, as a user of our services or as job applicant.

We only collect and handle personal information needed for our services.

The information in the register is used to manage the relation to our customers, information from Apix or our partners, direct marketing, distance sales, or other direct marketing, market research and other similar activities. Additionally, we may handle your personal information when developing our services and security.

The legal ground for handling personal information described above are Apix’s business interests, which are not in conflict with your integrity rights.

4. Storing of information

Your personal information will only be kept as long as it is needed to fulfill the purpose of the register and to keep current legal requirements.

Personal information will be kept for customer relations. They may also be kept, if needed, after the cancellation of the customer relationship, to the extent allowed and required by current laws. We will remove personal information when it is not any longer needed.

5. Information content of the registry

The register usually contains the following information:

For example, information about customer contracts are stored in the register, as well as information from the customers during customer service and project work.

Apix does not handle sensitive information in our register.

6. Common sources of information

Information that is registred is collected from the person him/herself, e.g. from Apix’s homepage (contact forms, downloading of media, enrollment forms for newsletters, event enrollments), e-mail, phone, social media, business cards, customer meetings and other situations where the customer submits personal information. The registry also contains information from common data sources, public sources and external service providers.

7. Submitting of information and transfer of data outside of EU or EES

Information will normally not be given to a third party. Apix may outsource the handling of personal information to a third party, which guarantees the contractual agreement that your personal information will be handled in accordance with GDPR.

Data may be transferred outside of EU or EES, according to GDPR.

8. Principles for registry protection

Your personal information will be kept confidential. Access to the registry will only be given to those who need the information to perform his/her work. Apix security policy is described here: https://www.apixmessaging.se/gdpr/.

9. Your rights

You have the right to inspect your personal information. You may at any time request that your personal information is corrected, updated or removed. Personal information required for the reasons given in this text, or required by law, can however not be removed.

You have the right to object to or limit the handling of your personal information to the extent made possible by the current law.

You have the right to revoke your constent for the handling ofr your personal information at any time. We don’t handle any personal information if there is no particular criteria for the handling.
